Rowan's Very Costly Upset Tummy

Hello, I am going to keep things short and sweet.

Rowan started having runny stool back at the beginning of August. What I thought was an upset stomach has turned into a month-long back and forth between multiple vets, tons of testing, and even exploratory surgery to get a better look at what we were dealing with.

Now we know.

Rowan has a ring of thickened tissue around his colon that needs to be removed. Without pain meds, he refuses food; he went almost 2 weeks without eating and has lost 10 lbs. Currently, we have him feeling well enough to eat small meals, but ultimately he needs this risky surgery done to live.

My savings is drained. My CareCredit is maxed out at almost $5k, and this new estimate for surgery is going to max my credit card.

Surgery with a board-certified surgeon is scheduled for Oct. 16th provided the medicines he is on currently allow him to be stable until then.

So I am asking for help — anything towards this huge vet bill to save my dog.
