I’m Charlee, the sister of Ericka Guerrero, whom of which recently experienced a sudden loss of her baby Rowan, on December 3rd, roughly two weeks after he was allowed to come home from the hospital. It is suspected that baby Rowan passed away in the middle of the night with SIDS. Ericka and her fiancé Nate, and the rest of our family, are truly devastated and deeply troubled by this sudden loss. Rowan’s birth and my sisters new motherhood was her new purpose in life, a transformation of the spirit and soul. We have no other words to express the affect this devastation has had.

During Ericka’s pregnancy with baby Rowan, she had to pause work in order to care for her child. Her and her fiancé are obviously not prepared for a sudden loss like this, emotionally and financially.

While we are extremely grief stricken, and sick to our stomachs at the loss of a beautiful life. We also understand that we must hold onto Gods faithful promises and try to reconcile what can be healed.

I am starting this fund for my sister, Ericka, and her fiancé Nate so that they may be able to have a proper funeral for baby Rowan, and so that they are able to afford any hospital bills that will be coming their way. The couple will also be moving to another state to be closer to family for support, so we need help funding their trip home. Once they are ready, we will also be setting up grief counseling so that they may have the help they need to guide them through this dark time.
