Row to Recovery is a Galway based charity formed to support people who have been affected by a cancer diagnosis. Through learning to row we have improved our mental and physical health as well as finding a fun and supportive community.
In an effort to raise funds and to keep us motivated during lockdown, we will walk, run, swim or cycle a combined 3000 km in the month of February. Our goal is to raise €1 for every km we go, The funds will be used towards the purchase of our own boat, allowing us to welcome more people into this active and innovative group. This is just a starting point for us, we are motivated to raise the entire €12,000 for the boat so your donations, no matter the amount, are appreciated.
