Row from Wrexham to Cardiff for Tania Nash

I'm Karen,

My best friend and Godmother to my 2 children suddenly died on 9th April. She leaves behind 3 children Atlanta, Nevaeh and Rio and 2 beautiful granddaughters.

To help raise funds for her funeral I am rowing from my house in Coedpeth, Wrexham (North Wales) to her house in Gabalfa, Cardiff (South Wales).

This 140 miles will be rowed on a rowing machine at WillBFit gym, between now and 12th May.

This is NOT an easy task for me as an ambulant wheelchair user weighing a ridiculous amount. Because of my size and lack of mobility my rowing g is adapted making it more taxing on the upper body but still Impacting the lower body.

This 140 miles will be broken up into 10 mile stints between 23rd April and 11th May.

Tania was an amazing woman and loved by her fiends, family and community. I have 28 years of friendship and memories that I'll treasure forever. She gave me so much over the years and this is one of the last things I can do for her.
