I'm going to row 100km in an effort to raise some funds for the Ronald McDonald House Charities Ireland.

I have first-hand experience of the great work that the people in the Ronald McDonald House do. The Ronald McDonald House provides accommodation and support for 20 families every night who have seriously ill children staying in the Crumlin Children's Hospital, Dublin.
