Body Coaching is hosting a 24 hour row for a young boy named Riley Smiles.
Riley had a bad wake boarding accident on January the 1st while out with some mates. He arrived in hospital with a compressed fracture of his skull and part of the bone penetrating his brain. He suffered a brain bleeding and was air lifted to the Gold Coast where he underwent a successful surgery. Riley is left with limited strength throughout the left side of his body, but, there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Riley’s road to recovery will be many months of rehabilitation to get back his strength and gross motor skills. This will be an extremely difficult time for him and his beautiful family so we want to help get this little legend back to the outdoor life that he loves and back to work with 100% of his strength
The BCHP trainers are donating their time to row for a total of 24 hours and we are hoping to find family and friends who would like to do it with us.
The first row will begin on Friday the 29th at 12am and will continue till 12am on Saturday 30th.
We are asking for a minimum donation of $1 per minute of anyone who would like to donate/sponsor a trainer or member. Any other donations and sponsors are also welcome and greatly appreciated.
For any corporations or large donors that would like to give their support and get involved, we have special packages for you so please send us a message.
