Rover James needs emergency surgery

Rover James needs an emergency surgery tonight to remove a blockage in his intestines. My brother rescued Rover this past summer and they have been best friends since they laid eyes on eachother. Paul has exhausted all other options and at this point, if we can’t gain the funds, the poor pup will have to be put down. 
Rover is a 1 yr old  rescue puppy  in otherwise fantastic health. Any aid will be greatly appreciated.
Paul and Rover are both located in Cinncinati Ohio.
