Our beloved dog Rossi, that Sean and I rescued in 2021, has been having some pretty serious health issues over the last 2 weeks. We took him to the vet on February 12th and were told that he is anemic. After multiple visits to our primary veterinarian, being referred to cardiology, and then being referred to internal medicine, the bills have added up and we still don’t know what has caused his anemia.

We both know we would do anything to help our boy feel better. We have him on medication and are praying that they will work. If they work, he will have to continue them for the next 6-12 months, with vet visits every 1-2 weeks.

Rossi is a fighter and every doctor we have seen has been very surprised with how he is acting with his hematocrit being only 15-19%. We just want our sweet boy to feel like himself again.
