Tanya, Donnie and their six kids  suffered a great loss this week.  The Camp Fire tore through Paradise on Thursday morning.  The size and speed of this fire was unprecedented.  They left their home in the morning, as did thousands of others, thinking they'd be back soon.  Only packing for a couple nights or so.  Their area wasn't under mandatory evacuation when they left their home.  As we now know, the whole town had to evacuate shortly thereafter.  The fire destroyed Paradise in less than 24 hours.   On Friday, the family found out that their home was burned to the ground.  

They are a family of 8.  No home.  No belongings.  They will have to rebuild their entire life.  If you don't know this family, let me share who they are in a nutshell.  They are a blended family, like the Brady Bunch.  Tanya with two boys and a girl, and Donnie with two boys and a girl.  They all share a love of music, outdoor fun, sports, games and faith.  They are some of the smartest, kindest, compassionate people we know.  We are lucky to call them family.
