I am more than a little heartbroken to be writing this. Yesterday, my uncle, Ross Placa, got his wings. While God knows they were earned the hard way over the past two years, and we are grateful he is no longer suffering, we are definitely feeling the deep hurt of his loss.
If you knew my Uncle Rossi, you know he was the funniest, kindest and sweetest man walking. He easily put a smile on everyone's face EVERYTIME you saw him. He was also the rock of his family.
Over the past two years I have watched my Aunt Ann and my cousins struggle tirelessly trying to keep in in the best health possible. Needless to say that type of tireless care takes a toll mentally, physically, emotionally and financially. At this point the last thing they should have to worry about is how to pay for a funeral.
I am asking everyone who reads this to please help my Aunt and cousins in their greatest time of need.
My handsome uncle, you will be missed and in my heart always. You were so very loved.
