The Big man himself. Ross "Bacon" Edwards. My St. Vinci brother from another mother.
He was truly a light on this earth who could light up and lift the mood of any room he walked into. Anyone who knew Ross knew when they were in his presence, they were in for a good time, and at the very least a great, belly busting laugh. Ross had this amazing ability to turn any negative situation into a positive and laughable one. He always saw the good side and was always able to maneuver in that space. If you were not his friend, you can bet you'd quite soon become one, because he made damn sure of it! His very first words to me were "HEY JAMDOWN, FIX YOUR FACE!" That was 11 years ago. I've been honored to call him brother since then.
Ross grew up in St Vincent and the Grenadines and in England where he lived in Gravesend Kent. He loved cricket and rugby, and the pubs of course. He lived a life filled with drive, and an intense love for people.
This fundraiser is to cover funeral costs as well as getting his remains back to his family in St. Vincent. It would be of great appreciation for any donations to be provided as soon as possible, every bit helps. We'd like to reunite him with his dad as soon as possible, and provide funeral details to his friends and rugby family. None of this can happen without your assistance.
