**UPDATE**
Friends and family
Upon speaking with Roz today, she has requested that I extend a warm thank you to all for your unbelievable generosity.
Roz has had several tests and scans done since the last message. She has since gotten a diagnosis of stage 4 bone cancer. Specifically located in her chest and pelvis. She has been in considerable pain and has had a course of radiation to manage it thus far, as well as trying to find the right medications. As you can well imagine she has been quite overwhelmed with this news.
On that note I am requesting one last push to help alleviate some financial stress as they still have a long road ahead.
please continue to keep Roz, Evan and her beautiful family in your thoughts and prayers. She does want to try to send thank you’s to each and every one of you, but just doesn’t have the energy to do so at this time. She is feeling your love so keep it coming!
please share this far and wide
and again, if you have any questions feel free to contact myself or one of our Sioux crew.
********
Hi there. For you that don’t know me, my name is Kerri-Lynn. I am a cousin and part of the Sioux crew to Roz.
I am reaching out today with some difficult news about Roslynn. As you know, a few years back, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and fought it like the true warrior she is. She won that battle.
Unfortunately she has another fight ahead of her. She has be diagnosed with cancer once again. She is in a considerable amount of pain and it is affecting her mobility and energy. She is also on some heavy medication to help alleviate the pain. With that, she is unable to work. This leaves a financial strain on her beautiful family. Evan is by her side and supporting her as much as he can. Her daughter Devon is heading off to her first year of University in Pennsylvania to play hockey. Devon will leave this weekend, and Roz and Evan’s son Kai will continue his studies in high school. And will also will be playing hockey this year.
There is a long road ahead for Roz and her family, so we are reaching out to all of Roz’s family, friends and community for a bit of help to at least relieve some financial stress for them, and for any additional unexpected expenses related to her ongoing treatment.
If you have questions, feel free to contact myself Kerri Goodman, Jen Schill, Jody Anderson, Lorraine Bolen or Dale McGill.
Any amount you can donate will be greatly appreciated.
Please share this far and wide for Roz, Evan, Devon and Kai.
