On Tuesday, March 31st, my sister Rocio (Rosie) suffered a severe asthma attack that also affected her heart. She has needed sedation and incubation and has been in the ICU since then making a slow, but steady recovery.

Anyone who has come across Rosie has known and felt the warmth of her soul and heart. She radiates joy and has the wonderful talent of making friends wherever she goes. She also has an immense sense of independence and an incredible work ethic.

This hospitalization has turned Rosie’s life upside down. It has left her unable to work or craft her incredible designs for her small business, Darx Decor. This fundraiser is to help Rosie with medical and personal bills while recovers.
