Rosie Graham - myasthenia gravies

Hi my name is Rosie  graham I’m a mom to three young children   I live in grande prairie Alberta Canada and in April 2022 I had a medical crisis where i was unable to breath unaided swallow and speak the muscle in my body were failing and I was admitted to Neurosciences intensive care unit at university of Alberta hospital Edmonton where I received amazing life saving treatment through IvIg which unfortunately last a few weeks before having to be repeated again and sadly at this time I found out the heart breaking diagnosis that I have a rare neuromuscular disease called Myasthenia Gravis and the doctors discover a Thymoma ( tumour on the thymus)  which is aggravating the illness as you can image not only has this turned my husband I and  my three young children world upside down it had put a Hugh unimaginable financial burden on us not only do we lose income as my husband now had to be sole carer of our three young children as well as a full time carer to me as I go through Treatment We now have many trips back and fourth between our home town grande prairie and Edmonton 1000km round trip each time to attend many appointments for test treatment and surgery and beyond Between neuro at university of Alberta hospital and thoracic  surgery at the royal Alexandra hospital as well as all the cost of my medication so it is with the most grateful of hearts that I ask if u are able to help us in any little way possible to easy the financial worry and stress this illness has put on our family so I can concentrate on fighting this battle controlling this illness and get back to being the strong mama my children need me to be and above all I ask please for you to send your prayers and positive healing vibes our way
