Hi Everybody:
As most of you know, Bobby Rose, a.k.a. Rosey, Rosebowl, Uncle Bob had an accident on Thursday, November 30th where he sustained life-threatening injuries. Although his injuries are devastating, Bobby was lucky. His sister Louanne was quick to yell for help and fortunately, a fire fighter neighbor, Chuck DelGreco was out doing yard work and came over to assist. Bobby was badly hurt, but with Louanne and Chuck they were able to get him the help he needed. He is now recovering at the hospital, but it will be a long, slow, and painful process.
For those that do not know Bobby, he is famous for taking no prisoners when it comes to cycling. Even with his large 6'2", 220 lbs frame, he can out duel any cyclist by going 25 mph uphill while talking non-stop. Even at age 64, his VO2 Max was measured at a level comparable to a tip top conditioned athlete in their 20's. He is absolutely a beast on his bicycle.
You would think somebody that tenacious on the bike will have an aggressive demeanor. He is the complete opposite. He is a total gentle giant. A person that truly cares about not only his family and friends, but anybody that he interacts with earning him his other nickname, Uncle Bob. Whether you are related or not Bobby is everyone's favorite uncle.
As you may also know, Bobby is a well-respected realtor in the North Shore of Boston and very well like by his colleagues and clients. He is the only realtor I know who will talk a buyer out of buying a house if it's not right for them. He is not about a sale, but being a person that provides proper advice with integrity and respect.
Bobby has always put others before him. Now it's our time to help Bobby. Your generosity will go far to help with his upcoming medical costs. Thanks you so much for caring.
Sincerely,
Friends of Bobby Rose.
