Hope and Prayers for Rosemary Craul

A little over a month ago our lives changed completely. All of a sudden the little things that we worry about didn't matter. We got the call that our mom, Rosemary Craul has ovarian cancer. It is the worst feeling in the world to hear that. To be so helpless! So many emotions run through your head and then reality kicks in. What do we do now? We fight of course! So that is what we are going to do. Our mom has a cancer plan in place that consists of chemotherapy and surgery to remove all cancer. We will go from there. This will be a long road but we are willing to face it head on!

Our mom is such a selfless woman who has put all of us before herself. She and our father raised us 2 boys with so much love. She sacrificed for us and we are so grateful for that. It's our turn now to take care of her when she needs us the most. Jody and his wife Jenny have taken leave from work to go home to South Africa to help as much as possible. Clint and his wife Sutthi have put their lives and businesses on hold to do the same. Between making juices and food to doctors visits and everyday needs, we are all doing what we can. The entire family has stepped up to help and we are so fortunate to have everyone. Mom works for an amazing company that is helping tremendously with medical aid. All her coworkers have been in contact and even visiting which makes this time less hectic. Unfortunately, cancer does not just affect one person, it affects entire families.

Along with all the treatment comes other expenses and that is what we are asking for help with. Medical aid will only cover so much. We are not sure what costs we will come across through all of this. Our family is not the type to ask for hand outs but when you need help you do what you need to do. Anything will help. Please if you can spare anything we would greatly appreciate it. Sharing this is also a great help. Even if you can't help maybe there is someone out there who can.
