Rosemary (Wee Rosie-Rosebud) Haughian
Donation protected
Our friend, a daughter, a sister and most of all a loving mother and partner Rosemary Haughian was taken all too quickly. After fighting breast cancer for 3 years Rosemary was admitted to hospital with a suspected infection, less than 3 weeks later she was taken from us.
Rosemary was small in stature but had an enormous personality and capacity to love. Her light shone globally from working with less fortunate children in Brazil, to building a school in Romania and fighting homelessness closer to home through a career in The Simon Community. A volunteer and a mentor, her ability to give seemed endless!
Of all her escapdes and adventures her greatest was becoming a mother of 4 beautiful children now age 11, 9, 7 and 5. Her partner is now struggling with the loss of his best friend and his rock.
Left as a single parent he is directly dealing with the aftermath. The children's mental health, balancing a job, an avalanche of bills it's just an uphill battle from here on in. The 4 young children will have to navigate life without their mummy. I have set this page up to ask for assistance in alleviating some of the financial stress and helping them hold on to their little home which Rosemary loved so dearly.
