My name is Rosemary Berg. I am Miss Alaska United States 2016. I am half Inupiaq (Eskimo) and half African American. I will be competing for Miss United States July 30 - August 4. My Platform is "Dare to be Darling", a message to inspire our nation with hope and courage to overcome the things that make them feel flawed and unworthy of being “darling". It is focused on inspiring, encouraging and empowering women to be confident in their beauty and identity.
