Rossborough Family: Fire & Theft Relief

Hi, I'm Tracy Guldenschuh. My friends and neighbors, Lorraine Rossborough, her mother Betty Rossborough, her son David Brick, and her daughter Jessica Maniace, all lost their home to a house fire on May 12, 2025.

They lost almost everything they owned in the fire, along with 6 animals.

Betty, who will be 95 in August, lost her adjustable bed and other durable medical equipment she needs to make her life easier.

Right now, they are living in a hotel room with no handicap amenities and they will likely have to stay there until they can find a 3-4 bedroom house or apartment with a bedroom on the first floor to rent for the time it is estimated to take until they can return to the property.

The estimates for the repairs are almost $400,000 more than the estimated limits on their insurance policy.

As if that wasn't bad enough, on the night of the fire, after everyone was gone, someone broke in and stole a large amount of cash that was being saved for emergencies, as well as 5 expensive lenses and other camera equipment that was in a large metal case that would have protected the lenses from the fire.
