Roseberry Topping Sponsored Walk
Donation protected
We are the School Council at Collierley Primary School, and we want to share something very special with you. We, the children of Collierley School Council, aged 5 to 11, are organising a sponsored walk up Roseberry Topping in Middlesbrough. We’re doing this to raise money for fun, amazing learning trips and activities that we think every child should have the chance to do! We know how much everyone loves our yearly trips to the beach and the pantomime – they’re times when we can learn, have fun, and make memories with our friends. However, we also know that some children might not get the chance to do these things outside of school. Our school’s budget has been cut, so without raising extra money, these special trips might not be possible anymore. That’s why we came up with the idea to do the walk – to help make sure that every child at Collierley Primary can experience amazing things that make school even better! We've been taking care of everything ourselves. We're arranging transport, making sure we stay safe during the trip, and we’ve even set up a GoFundMe page to help raise money. Our goal is to make sure that all of us at Collierley Primary can have more fun learning outside the classroom! We believe every child deserves these chances, and we’re hoping the community will join us and support us on our journey.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read our letter.
With best wishes,
The School Council
