Dear friends, family, and the many communities I am a part of,

​As many of you know from my recent posts on social media, I was hospitalized on Friday, December 5th, due to severe and debilitating pain. What started as an urgent trip to the ER has quickly escalated into a complex and terrifying medical situation.

​The Current Situation:

​I was originally scheduled for a necessary surgery on Monday, December 8th. However, during today’s consultation (December 8th), doctors discovered significantly more complications than they initially anticipated.

​This change means two critical things:

1. ​The procedure is now far more complicated and costly than the initial estimate I was prepared to handle out-of-pocket.

2. I can no longer afford the procedure with my current finances and insurance coverage.

As a result, the surgery has been rescheduled to January 6th. This delay is heartbreaking, as I am still in a significant amount of pain and the uncertainty of waiting an entire month is deeply concerning.

​Why I Need Your Help:

​The funds raised will go directly to cover the gap between what my insurance covers and the new, higher cost of the complicated procedure. Every contribution will help secure the following:

1. Covering the unexpected increased cost of the now-complex surgical procedure scheduled for January 6th.

2. ​Paying for the emergency room visit, hospital stay, consultation fees, and necessary prescriptions (pain medication and antibiotics).

3.​ Since I will be unable to work, stream, or run LaffySmash events for an extended period, donations will help cover essential living expenses while I recover and cannot earn an income.

​​I am fighting to stay healthy until January 6th, and I desperately need this procedure to finally be out of pain and return to a normal life of streaming, organizing events, and connecting with all of you. ​If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this campaign.
