Hi, our names are Monica & Angelica Diaz. We are doing this on behalf of our baby sister, Rose Diaz and her 4 children. Our sister was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 2019. She lost her husband in a motorcycle accident in 2022; she was left to raise her 4 kids on her own due to no life insurance. She has been declining physically since. She continued to work and take multiple medications without success. She was let go from her job as a NRCMA in October 2024. As of January 2025, she has had no insurance and has been completely dependent on us, her family, to care for her. We have tried multiple avenues for medical insurance that she is not qualifying for. She is still pending disability, which we do not know how long that will take. She has not seen a doctor since this decline.
