Rosa's medical expenses and recovery

Hi, my name is Lynda and I'm fundraising for a lovely woman named Rosa and her son, Robel. They are unfortunately experiencing a challenging time! On the night of September 26th, 2024, Rosa and Robel were crossing the street, in a controlled intersection, in Burnaby and Rosa was hit by a truck. She sustained facial fractures and a brain bleed and is currently in the hospital. Her son, Robel, has given me permission to start this go fund me page, as he sees no other way to help their situation.

Rosa is a single mom and supports herself and her son. Given that Rosa is injured, she is unable to do so, at this time and her hospital stay is not covered under MSP.

We are hoping to raise enough money to help pay for her hospital stay, support her recovery and alleviate her worries, about how she will pay her bills, during her recovery period. Times are tough and money is tight for many right now, ANY donation would be appreciated.
