Lipstick is for lesbians who need something besides Silk Chiffon to listen to. Lipstick is for her. Lipstick is for you.

Through self-funding these projects, I invested in myself to learn the skills necessary to make something fun and exciting for you to listen to and be an interactive part of. Now that I have the knowledge and vision, I want to bring you my Next Big Thing: The Lipstick Album. To make it the best it can be, I'm going to need your help this time to raise $6,000 and make this dream a reality.

Recording and Production: MATT GRIFFO

If you like Taylor Swift, Joseph, or Maisie Peters, you’ll love what we have planned for Lipstick. Matt has produced all my music, and together, we’ve created a distinct acoustic pop style. With the freedom to add a variety of instruments and expansive sounds, we’ll add an emotional elevation to my vulnerable lyrics to create that gut-punch we all love to suffer through.

Photography and Branding: EMMA ZANGER

Emma is helping to bring in The Lipstick Era visually. Lipstick is seductive, brooding, and romantic. Lipstick leaves a mark. Emma’s work is heavily inspired by storytelling and music, making us the perfect team. We have been collaborating on an expansive storyline set in the streets of Chicago, starring ghosts of the past that still haunt bars and buildings. Each picture holds a memory or a clue for you to find (I make no promises one won't be about you.)

I mean, most importantly, you're going to want to have these songs on repeat. Plus, they fill a needed niche that's missing from music. Lipstick goes beyond women loving women as a curiosity, a bid for sexual attention, or a tortured closeted experience - it's full of genuine relationships that are extraordinary only because love and heartbreak in and of themselves are extraordinary. I hope you can see yourself in these songs.
