Where do I start...
I would do anything I could for Rosanne and her family. Let me explain why. When my parents divorced, my brother and I were very young. We moved on the same block as Rosanne into a small basement apartment. Rosanne and my mom became great friends and Rosanne treated us like we were her kids. She would help my mom, who had to work several jobs, by picking us up from school, taking care of us after school, feeding us, giving my brother her sons school uniforms, and doing our laundry. She has a great heart and I love her like a second mom.
Unfortunately, her husband of almost 37 years passed away yesterday. And as he was the one who paid the rent and the bills, she is left mourning her husband but also worried about the future of her family. She has two kids and her sister in law that lives with her, who now will depend on her to make ends meet. I am currently helping her son find any job that can help contribute to the rent but in the time being she is left with no savings and rent due soon. I am hoping to raise money to help her and her family out for a few months until they get on their feet and are independent.
I am asking for anything because this woman has a great heart and helped my family when we really needed it and my family will do what we can to help them in their time of need but we are not in a position to help with the entire rent so I am here asking for help.
