Rosana Hernandez or “Chana” as she was affectionately known by friends and family suddenly passed away on 2/20/20 leaving behind her daughter, and her 2 grandsons. Rosana was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and spent the past 3 weeks in the hospital before finally succumbing to her disease. The outpouring of love and generosity of friends and family has been truly a blessing. We recently discovered that her funeral arrangements that we once thought were completely covered were not in large part covered leaving us to try to navigate the best way to honor her and do what we can financially afford. A few people have offered to help us give Rosana the memorial that she deserves and we have decided to create an outlet for people that would like to support us in this very difficult time to help us honor her.
