On January 26, 2019 heaven took back their angel on earth. Rosalinda Maciel had fought for 2 and a half years against Sjogens, heart failure and bronchitis. Most weren’t aware of the severity of her illnesses, due to her tendency to be the most independent woman possible. At only 63 years old her willingness to live for her son and grandchildren took her all the way to the end. Rose might have only had one son but served as a motherly figure to her 8 younger siblings and all family members for most of her life. Being the oldest, caring for others came to her instinctively. Her home was an open door policy to all family, friends and extend. The amount of joy love and happiness she brought to those around her was limitless and unmatched by anyone else. The loss of my grandma was like losing my best friend and the back bone of the family. Every weekend bbq, birthday, and holiday was at Nanas house and we all will cherish those memories forever. She will live on forever in our hearts ❤️
