Rosalina Balancio was a loving mother to five children and a caring grandmother to 13 grandchildren. She was excited to travel to her hometown in the Philippines to spend quality time with her siblings. She left California on March 9th, arrived in the Philippines on March 11th. At 11:30pm on March 12th MNL after spending a day with her siblings, nephews and nieces she was rushed to the hospital due to severe pain. After 5 cardiac arrest and 5 attempts for revival at the hospital, her body was unable to cope with the situation and gradually began to have other organ failure. The Balancio family had lost Rosalina morning of March 13th MNL. The immediate family were devastated, helpless and heartbroken as Rosalina was thousands of miles away from her children and grandchildren.
