It is with broken hearts that we share the sudden and unexpected passing of Rosalie Ehrlich of Jackson Heights, Queens, on April 20, 2025. Rosalie was taken from us far too soon, leaving behind a deep void in the lives of all who knew and loved her.

Rosalie was a warm, gentle, and endlessly loving soul — devoted wife to Miha Mahr and proud and dedicated mother to Sal — she poured her heart into her family and the community.

Her dedication, kindness, and radiant spirit touched so many lives, and her absence will be profoundly felt. Rosalie had a quiet strength and a gentle presence that made you feel instantly at ease. Her memory will live on in the hearts of everyone lucky enough to cross her path.

We are raising funds to support Miha and Sal during this incredibly difficult time. The sudden loss has brought with it emotional and financial burdens, and any contribution, no matter how small, will help ease some of the pressures they are now facing, from funeral expenses to ongoing support for Sal’s education and well-being.
