Hello, friends and family,

My name is Michael Fortuna, and it is with a heavy heart that I share the news of the passing of my beloved grandmother, Rosalia Cipiran. At the age of 91, she peacefully left us today (12/15/23) at 1:35 pm, surrounded by the love and warmth of our home. Rosalia was not only at the top of the family tree; she was the heartbeat of our family, a source of inspiration, and a guiding light to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In June of this year, Rosalia received a cancer diagnosis, and since then, she has been under the compassionate care of "Hospice Care at Home." Throughout her journey, she displayed incredible resilience, grace, and an unwavering spirit that touched the hearts of everyone around her.

Rosalia was more than just a grandmother; she was the architect of our family's foundation. She dedicated her life to nurturing and raising a generation of children and grandchildren, instilling in them the values of love, kindness, and perseverance. With her here at home, this place was a sanctuary, a place where laughter echoed and love flourished.

As we navigate this difficult time, we are reaching out to our extended family and community for support. The financial strain of medical expenses, funeral arrangements, and other associated costs can be overwhelming, and any contribution, no matter the size, would be a tremendous help during this challenging period.

Mi nombre es Michael Fortuna y con gran pesar comparto la noticia del fallecimiento de mi querida abuela, Rosalía Cipiran. A sus 91 años, nos dejó pacíficamente hoy (15/12/23) a las 1:35pm, rodeada del amor y calidez de nuestro hogar. Rosalía no sólo estaba en lo más alto del árbol genealógico; ella fue el latido del corazón de nuestra familia, una fuente de inspiración y una luz guía para todos los que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerla.

En junio de este año, Rosalía recibió un diagnóstico de cáncer y desde entonces ha estado bajo el cuidado compasivo de "Hospice Care at Home". A lo largo de su viaje, mostró una increíble resistencia, gracia y un espíritu inquebrantable que tocó los corazones de todos los que la rodeaban.

Rosalía era más que una simple abuela; ella fue la arquitecta de la fundación de nuestra familia. Dedicó su vida a criar y criar a una generación de hijos y nietos, inculcándoles los valores del amor, la bondad y la perseverancia. Con ella aquí en casa, este lugar era un santuario, un lugar donde la risa resonaba y el amor florecía.

Mientras atravesamos este momento difícil, nos acercamos a nuestra familia extendida y a la comunidad en busca de apoyo. La presión financiera de los gastos médicos, los arreglos funerarios y otros costos asociados puede ser abrumadora, y cualquier contribución, sin importar el tamaño, sería de gran ayuda durante este período desafiante.
