Hello all!

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Nicholas Posada and Rose aka SPIKE! is my mother. Throughout my childhood my mom went above and beyond what anyone would think she was ever capable of. She worked 5 jobs at once just to keep a roof over my sister and I's head. Along with being an outstanding mother she has always been an amazing daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend to anyone who has needed something and never turned her back to a person in need no matter what.

My mother has never been one to ask for help and she has instilled that into my sister and I as well. However, as much as I want to help her and take care of her as much as she helped us growing up, Im unable to do so in my current position alone.

As all of you know Rosalee is a cancer survivor and has gone through hell (for a lack of better words) through her surgeries, radiation,  recovery and reconstructive process. Her husband has been the absolute best man and a rock through all this and has spent basically all his money ensuring she gets the help she needs.Everything he has, has gone to the dozens of trips and the outrageous insurance premiums and he has been doing an amazing job and couldnt thank him more. But this past year the insurance premium has more then doubled and medical cost along with travel to and from MD Anderson (only cancer center that was able to take her case) and all associated medical cost have started to become a burden and with no help I am afriad all the pain, suffering, recovery and battles that she has endured over the past 2 years would be for nothing. 

I am asking all of you (with a very heavy heart as we have never been ones to ask for help) to help my mom. Help her continue her fight in getting everything back that cancer has stolen from her. She has opened her heart to everyone as well as her front door and taken each one of you all in as family of her own and im asking for any sort of help in return. 

Any money that you donate will be used to pay for the $700+ monthly insurance premium, flight to and from MD Anderson, stay while in recover from the future surgeries and any associated medical bills to follow.

My mom has given everything she has to others and help from all of you would mean the world to myself, my sister and her three grandchildren. I know times are hard for us all but every last dollar can help.
