Rosalba Delgadillo and her Children

Donation protected
Hello my name is Jairo Sanchez and on behalf of my mother Rosalba Delgadillo and my 5 siblings, I'm reaching out to anyone and everyone who has witnessed families unjustly be separated and can sympathize with this struggle and the toll it takes on young children. Our mother, Rosalba Delgadillo, went to Ciudad Juarez, Mexico for an interview for her residency on October 15 2019 where she was assured nothing could go wrong and that she would come back to the United States with no risk of being denied by immigration, but was disgracefully denied. Since 1986, our mother has resided in the United States looking for what most immigrants from Latin America come looking for, a better life for their family. She has always been a hard worker and tried her hardest to ensure her children have a bright future . She has never got into trouble and kept a clean record and paid her taxes every year and done it all by the book. Despite the constant struggle of living in this country as a undocumented immigrant, she always tried her best to be optimistic but we have come to the day where this country she calls home has closed its doors on her. She is now torn from her 6 children, 2 of which are minors with learning disabilities. Here in the US is Amy Sofia Huaman (10 years old), Victor Daniel Huaman (13 years old), Andres Sanchez Delgadillo (23 years old), Jairo Antonio Sanchez Jr Delgadillo (25 years old), Araceli Carranza (31 years old), and Jose Alonso Carranza) (35 years old).  This cause is to help us get a lawyer to get her back into the country, at this point for the beginning processes the lawyer is asking for $7,200 and we don't know yet if it could be more, my mom also took out $2000 on a discover credit card for her journey to Ciudad Juarez and as well as $400 on her stay at the Juarez Ibis Consulado Hotel while she was there for preparing all the medical exams and fingerprints and documents she needed to acquire when there. Now that she's gone we ourselves our having trouble keeping up with the rent for me and my 3 siblings Andres, Danny, and Amy which is $1850 a month as well as living expenses for Danny and Amy who are only 10 and 13. $500 is going to my mom for her rent while we try and sort this all out, this whole thing could take up too a year and we are too financially unstable for what just hit us and are asking for your help. We have never had to do anything like this before this would significantly help each and every one of us as I am a student with a part time job, my sister is interning and not getting any income at the moment and my brothers are stacked on bills and we need help to make it through this and we would be forever grateful for any help that comes are way. Anything you can help with would be intensely appreciated it and I know we are not the only family in need and I feel for anyone that is in similar situations and if you are going through it too please contact me as we all need to unite in these times when this administration is tearing families apart. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
