On December 24th a true tragedy transpired. Ms. Rosa Ibarra Garcia a single mother of four beautiful children lost control of her vehicle on her way home from camping in the dessert. She was one of the most loving compassionate women I have ever known. Rosa worked as a drug and alcohol counselor and was known for her intoxicating smile and giving nature. She is survived by her four children ages 18, 13, 11, and 8. The family is in a state of shock and grieving. The outcomes are still undetermined as to where the children are going to be placed. This will most certainly be with one or more of the family members but is still yet undecided. Until this is determined the family has decided to allow the children to stay in the apartment where the family was living. Therefore the neccessities for rent, utilities, food, and other daily expenses will be needed. There rent is due in a few days and they need to focus on the memorial of Rosa. Any help will be greatly appreciated for this family. Rosa always put her children first, they were the most precious thing in her life. It is my hope that we can come to the aid of this family in thier time of need and give the love that Rosa had always so freely given.
