Sometimes life goes off script. In March of this year, I received the life-altering news of being diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer.

I’ve spent the past few months drastically changing my lifestyle while learning, researching, and weighing every option. It was tempting to rush into conventional treatment, but the statistics for this diagnosis are not great—only about 15% of people survive 5-year mark.

That’s why I’ve decided to pursue an advanced treatment that works by strengthening and supporting the immune system—the root of how our bodies heal and prevent cancer to begin with.

This treatment offers real promise for long-term success. It’s not experimental, but most of it is outside the bounds of what insurance will cover. It also requires a full upfront payment, and that’s where I need your help.

The cost of this care is over $120,000. I know, crazy. And raising the funds within the next few months is critical in order to continue timely treatment. Every cent will go directly toward a treatment that gives me the best chance not only to recover, but to prevent the cancer from coming back.
