Hi, my name is Adriana and I am fundraising for my grandmother, who passed away today at age 59 of cancer. She has been battling cancer for the past six years. She was first diagnosed of bladder cancer than breast cancer, then it spread everywhere in her body. She was the sweetest and most kind women who always tried to help everyone else before herself. She was the best grandmother, mother and friend. I am so proud to call her my grandma. Please, any help will be greatly appreciated.
