Help Rosa get eye surgery

Hi, my name is Yessica and I am fundraising for Rosa, to help her pay for her eye surgery. Rosa hasn’t been able to see in her left eye for about 5 years now, she is a single mother of 4 children and is the only support her family has. Rosas way of supporting her family is working in residential cleaning. Since Rosa was young she’s had high myopia and astigmatism so 36+ years ago she got an intraocular lens inserted in both her eyes, for many many years she was able to see perfectly and had no complications. Unfortunately about 6 years ago after a bad fall, the lens in her left eye moved. Not only has it caused Rosa a lot of pain and discomfort but it has also affected her eye sight. It has damaged part of her cornea and has caused her cataratas. She needs to get a two part surgery. First surgery is to remove the old lens and transplant a new cornea, second surgery is to treat her cataratas and possibly inserting a new lens to help her see again. Rosa’s surgery was schedule for July 20th and a day before she got a call from Kremer Eye Center in KOP informing her that her insurance wouldn’t cover her surgery and will be required to pay out of pocket 10k. We still don’t know how much the second surgery will cost.
