Rory's new shoes

Rory has lost his NDIS funding, inexplicably. While I am waiting for all the new reports (which are costing over 4,000 dollars), I need to fund his new shoes. Rory only has one pair of shoes that he wears. I have organised 2 new pairs and need to pay $2996 by end of August. The shoes are special ones plus an orthotic in each shoe that will help him stand up straight and take the pressure off his right leg and hip. His current shoes are in a terrible state.
