Hi, my name is Lisa Kennedy. Sara Jackson and I are trying to raise funds for Rory McNeil! As a lot of you know Rory McNeil has been an active and dedicated asset to Yreka, and Siskiyou County. She has given 14 years of service to the city of Yreka including mayor, city counselor, and planning commission member. She has served on the Grand Jury, Behavioral Health advisory board, Yreka planning commission as well as numerous other committees serving Yreka. She is also still very active in her church. Her years of service go back many years and her positions of service are too many to mention. Rory still lives in Yreka in the house that has been in her family for years and years.

Rory was a victim of the recent severe vandalism of her home and property, and has received no compensation or restitution and she won’t be in the future either. Her property has been left in shambles. It will cost her thousands of dollars , due to the fact that she will need a special crew to come in and clean up the mess left by the perpetrator.

Due to health conditions, Rory is in no shape to tackle this vast task alone. We are hoping that the community that she has served for so long, will open their hearts and donate any amount possible to help her in her time of need.

Rory deserves a clean , safe place to live and enjoy her home, which has been in her family for decades. Siskiyou County has a reputation for stepping up and helping their own in times of need and we are hoping that we can prove ourselves again and help Rory. This is the damage!
