The fantastic students at the Roots Academy of Middlesbrough College have decided for their Social Action Project to do a sponsored 5K

walk to raise money and awareness for equal rights within their local community. They decided to do this as they felt that in the hard times we live in and as people avidly seek to fit in with society that we need to be more kinder to each other in everyday life, as a way to bring us all together and unit. We hope to raise as much funds as possible for the well deserving cause of Together Middlesbrough and Cleveland. Every donation will help a local group make more of an impact for equality in the area, and help them to gain more recognition for the hard work they do.
