You'd think as citizens of this fine country, the government would have everyone's backs. But it's not like that for everyone. I do my fair share- I pay taxes, I have donated to charity, I've donated blood, etc. Yet, now that I've been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, I "don't qualify" for any medical assistance and I have been left stranded. Therefore, I'm reaching out to society, to the people that know what I'm going through. I am humbly asking you all to please donate a few dollars so that I can seek proper medical assistance.
