Joe Hicks, 21, out of Chester, Pennsylvania was electrocuted at his home on Thursday, June 21st. He is currently in a medically induced coma. Seeing as he is lacking insurance, we've decided to create this GoFundMe to help with his medical bills. Every donation is appreciated.
