My name is Megs, and I’m raising funds to bring a dream to life: rooted + ready, a meal prep company based in North Florida that’s all about nourishing our community—body, heart, and soul.

We’ll be serving up thoughtfully prepared meals for every budget and every dietary need, because everyone deserves to feel supported when it comes to eating well. Whether you're a busy mom juggling school pickups and work, or a professional girlie powering through your day, I want rooted + ready to be the helping hand in your fridge that makes life just a little easier.

The idea for this business came straight from my heart—and from the conversations I’ve had with women just like me. So many of us are tired, stretched thin, and still trying to fit in #selfcare while doing everything all at once. What started as a personal love for cooking has evolved into something so much bigger: a way to nourish and support the people around me.

Over the past year in sobriety, cooking has taken on a deeper meaning. It’s become a way I show love, connection, and care. I’ve found so much joy in feeding my people—friends, family, coworkers—and now I want to extend that to you.

To be honest, I never imagined launching a GoFundMe for this. But a good friend reminded me that I’m surrounded by a beautiful village—one that has walked beside me through my toughest chapters and cheered for me during my biggest wins.
