Hi, I’m Arlyn — a conscious music artist, sound meditation teacher, community leader/bridge, and lifelong mentor. Music and healing are at the core of everything I do, and I’m now reaching out with genuine vulnerability and trust to ask for your support in bringing my dream of a full-length album into fruition. This is a massive breakthrough for me — to finally just ask.

This album I have envisioned is more than music—it's a transmission for souls all around the world.

It’s my soul's evolution woven into sound—an offering born from my healing/integration, shaped by the depths of my journey, and guided by the frequencies that continue to transform me today. It is about a lived experience of energetics: how the vibrations we hold create the lives we live. This project is about turning music into mantras, prayers, and portals—reminding us that music is not just entertainment, it’s a tool for awakening.

Creating from a conscious lens, with the intention to empower, uplift, and even light a fire or two. My songs speak to the power of our uniqueness, and the truth that our presence is our purpose. I want this album to activate others to remember who they are, and to reclaim their energy as sacred and oh so worthy.

This is not just about making music. It’s about leaving a legacy—not of deeds, but of energy. A ripple that reminds humanity of its light.

Over the years I have come to realize that creating space for others to express, heal, and be seen is what I live for. I feel soul-purpose and deep adoration in witnessing and supporting others drop into their heart & purpose. And we all know the way to get to that place is through inner work — no bypassing Self. That’s what my work with Awaken Spanda is all about.

I absolutely love what I do and serving the community in all the ways that I have been, but it's time to go further and expand in a way that allows me to express ALL of myself, for my own evolution, for the purpose of holding that much more space for others. Otherwise I am just pouring from an empty vessel. Music is the ONE thing that gives me the greatest joy and expands my light immensely. Music and performing brings me alive and allows me to share stories I could never convey in any other way. I am an artist, it's simply what I'm good at and how I meet myself & others where they are at.

This project — my soul's music — is my legacy.

I have dreamed of making a full length album for so many years, and I finally know — beyond a shadow of a doubt — that I now hold the capacity and wisdom within to make it something dynamic and revolutionary. With a combination of my own personal metamorphoses, and my ability to create a truly resonant sound journey using frequencies and storytelling, this project holds the power to educate, inspire, and heal — probably trigger, too (let’s keep it a buck).

The songs I’ve released so far (since late 2023) have only been made possible by the love and support of other local artists — fellow creatives who believe in me and have helped me with recording, production, and videography at minimal cost, or through trade, time, and kindness. Other struggling artists supporting a struggling artist. I want to honor them by raising the bar. They deserve to be paid for the value they offer This next phase is about creating the highest quality work possible — and generously compensating the brilliant creatives who help bring it to life.

I don’t have children of my own, but I feel deeply called to leave something beautiful behind — a body of work that uplifts, empowers, and heals. Something to help others remember. Music is my soul’s language. It’s how I alchemize pain into beauty, and how I serve beyond borders.

Bio: GiRL is an independent lyrical creatrix. Returning to the music scene in late 2023 after an unexpected 12 year sabbatical where she encountered life altering energetic experiences and birthed Awaken Spanda, a sound based transformational meditation practice. Life is one big ceremony, and GiRL will show you how to celebrate and alike mourn within it. Music is expression and expression allows us to feel and magnify our uniqueness. Her ability to go first to light the fire, mixed with her natural authentic flow, and passion to feed the soul over ego is undeniable. Being that she teaches and leads sound experiences, it is with integrity that every song is infused with choice frequencies to brighten the listener's energetic feild.
