Update, Oct. 12, 2026: The retired judge presiding over the case stunningly ruled that the First Amendment didn't apply in my case, and that he would instruct the jury to disregard any reference to it during my trial.

We have decided to appeal the decision because this case is ultimately about whether a powerful politician can orchestrate a malicious prosecution over a critic's constitutionally protected speech.

Any amount from $5 on up can help the cause, as the lawyers required to fight these kinds of battles won't come cheap. But in the end, we will prevail because the law is clearly on our side.

On July 1st, 2026, a powerful Ohio State Senator had me arrested for protected political speech under the guise of a "telecommunications harassment" charge, a first-degree misdemeanor punishable by six months in jail.
