In order to support the efforts to slow down the rapid spread of COVID-19 , on March 18, 2020 Roosevelt Vision made the challenging decision to close our doors and stop patient care as recommended by the CDC and American Optometric Association.  It was the right thing to do, but has created huge financial hardship for many on our team. 

Like many small businesses in Seattle, we are now faced with unprecedented challenges and uncertainty.  We are using this forum as a way to help raise funds that will be distributed directly to our amazing team of employees, who are like family to us.   Without their regular paychecks, many of them will not have enough money to pay for their basic needs like rent, groceries, or doctors bills if they get sick (though fortunately we have been able to maintain everyone's healthcare benefits through the end of April.)

It is our hope to be able to re-open and ramp operations up as soon as we can so that we will be able to bring back all of our beloved employees.  In the meantime, any donation small or large will go a long way to helping them through these tough times.   Thank you!!
