We had a good time, and it was great to see everyone, but we had a problem with the idea of not collecting upfront. We expected 125 or more at the Friday night function at Christophers and had only 58 show up. Saturday, we needed a minimum of 70, and only 45 attended. My mistake! The rent for the venues and the cost of the food, help etc., left us (mainly Bruce) over $4000 in the hole. I'm hoping some of you can step up and help us out. Bruce had already put $1700 of his dollars in and was planning on donating that amount. Mark and I plan to chip in, but we need your help.
