Room in memory of Dr. Andrew Kane for LRGH new ED

Lakes Region General Hospital was a big part of Dr. Andrew Kane’s life. He worked for nearly 20 years in the Emergency Department there. Many patients felt his care, and the people that worked with him felt his warmth and intelligence. Drew had many friends at Lakes, not only other doctors but people on the support staff too. Drew’s professionalism helped patients and their families navigate whatever brought them into the ER. Drew’s genuine good humor and ability to listen to others made him an exceptionally good friend, father and husband. Since his death by suicide 5 years ago, the LRGH community as well as his family and wider circle of friends have missed Drew’s wit, his heart, his energy and his laugh. For all these reasons, and many more, we would like to raise money to name a room in the new LRGH ED after Dr. Andrew Kane. Please consider donating anything that you are able.
