In partnership with every rugby club in the Knoxville area, Knoxville Rugby is proud to announce the formation of a new Rookie Rugby League in the greater downtown area! Following the success of Rookie Rugby in West Knoxville, the time has come to expand and provide the opportunity for low/no-cost youth rugby across town.
