Hello, I'm reaching out for help with a friend in need. She lives near Puerto Vallarta and was severely affected by the recent flooding, which was due to a tsunamis after the fact rainfall. The disaster destroyed half of her house and completely took off her roof and damaged her belongings. I'm looking for assistance to help her repair and rebuild her home, especially getting her roof fixed.
