Ron's Stroke Recovery Journey

On the morning of October 12, 2021 Ron suffered an embolic stroke. He spent several days in the ICU, and is currently in the hospital until he is medically cleared to enter a rehabilitation facility.

Ron, his wife Suzanne and 7 year old son John recently relocated from North Reading, MA to Vero Beach, FL. Up until the stroke Ron had been looking for employment; it is unlikely now that Ron will be able to work again.

Ron and his family will need help in the days, week, and months to come. Specifically, we have started this page to assist in medical expenses. It is currently estimated that they will need over $6,000 for out-of-pocket expenses this year and another $6,000 in January as the out-of-pocket deductible starts again. Any donations beyond the medical expenses will go towards giving his wife and young son peace of mind so they can focus on Ron's recovery.
